I have issues with my water bill and I approached Selilumanzi by calling them and sharing my experience on 22 May 2019 and spoke to Rentia whom asaigned a team to come and check my situation.
Jacques Venter came to my house on 10 June 2019 at 8am to check the water out and be advised that there is a small leak as the meter number where moving slightly and that I must organize some pluumber to fix. I adhered accordingly and I then called Silulumanzi and advised them to send some one to check the situation avai.
The 3rd team arrived and did the anyliss and found that there was no leak.
I called again on he office and provided feedback and I was advised to pay my monthly average amount sill untill they sort the matter out.
My bill is currently a mess as it runs into R10, 000.00 for consuming over 4months which is ridiculous, however I am trusting Silulumanzi to sort this matterf out ASAP
