<p>We decided to go visit this store in person to make sure we were going to get what was shown on their website. only to be greeted by a very unfriendly person. I can understand for security reasons that we werent allowed in, but when we were asked to atleast see some of the rings we were thinking of buying we were told she couldnt do that and then proceeded to tell us that she was very busy and that this was getting too complicated. How does a business turn away customers and treat them as if they are lower than dirt itself. I found the experience highly frustrating. Apparently our time and money was not worth their efforts.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just remember that it is the customer that keeps your business afloat. Whether they be an average joe or a big spender...you depend on them, not the other way around.</p>
