3D Avatar movie on 01 Jan 2026 was color less,

We went to watch the 3D Avatar movie at Silverstar Casino Movies on 1 Jan 2026. It was a colour less blueish film, green, red yellow never appeared in the movie. At the start I went to the doorman, asked to speak to a manger, Another person came, had a look at the movie and agreed it was dark, colour less. He then went upstairs, not to be seen or heard again. I contacted Silverstar when we got home, the telephones went un answered. I then logged a complain on their website, still no feedback.

Seems to me Silverstar does not care about customer paying a lot of money for 3D movie and then have a bad experience.
