We went to watch the 3D Avatar movie at Silverstar Casino Movies on 1 Jan 2026. It was a colour less blueish film, green, red yellow never appeared in the movie. At the start I went to the doorman, asked to speak to a manger, Another person came, had a look at the movie and agreed it was dark, colour less. He then went upstairs, not to be seen or heard again. I contacted Silverstar when we got home, the telephones went un answered. I then logged a complain on their website, still no feedback. Seems to me Silverstar does not care about customer paying a lot of money for 3D movie and then have a bad experience.
Makro sms told me they will deliver on 28 Nov 2025. It was not delivered. I called them on 1 Dec 2025, the had no words and a manager would call back - the manager did not call. 3Dec 2025 around 13:00 called Makro, again would call back at 14:00, that did not happen. Called at 17:30, they still did not had an answer on when and if my order will be delivered. I asked the Makro person to send me information on the Ombudsman, as this is going nowhere.
Been saving my eBucks for the last 6 years, and now that I want to spent it on Black Friday - FNB eBucks is Offline??!! Called the support desk, they just lift their shoulders, they have no clue what is going on, no clue if it will get back on this black Friday.... FNB, I was saving up for 6 Years to get to this point, you did not pitch,... when will you show up?

I lost my Polariod charger cable. I called Homemark on the following numbers: 011 4448800, 0114306555, 0114306028. 2 of the numbers were not answered, these are the numbers I found via Google for Homemark. 6555, was answered the first time and then I was put through to 4 different people, ending being passed on to dead number where the line went dead. That is a bad customer experience. I have simple question, for my Polariod, can I buy the charger cable somewhere, or should I buy a charger cable from the grey gadget shops? Also on the packaging is there a scan me QR code.... it takes me to a website l.ead.me/bbuzCH, which states: "Your account has been deleted" So much for customer access to Homemark?!
When asking when is the next Spaceship launch it gives answers about yesterday. Yesterday is gone, the Spaceship launch is now, it is high news, but Google does not care what is current, not interested to provide quality answers. It is really SAD!!! If Google can not pull up their socks, I hope some one els will see the opportunity to provide us with quality information
I am looking for my credit card statements from 2021 linked to a different account fnb has given me. Been battling with the call center, their online App chat and have send mail .. no solution in sight for the past 3 working days interacting with numerous different people I am of the opinion, if it was a straightforward request, it would have been solved on contact number 1. This has a kink to my problem, and the normal contact people do not have the ability to go beyond to provide customer service. I asked for a manager contact.... still no response There are no more channels to interact with FNB, if service desk (phone or app chat) cannot solve the problem, nothing can be further done. The last time I went to a branch they referred me to a phone to talk to service desk to find answers for the previous challenge I had.....
Called their service desk to enquire what to do to pay directly into home loan account. I held on for 20 min to get service then the person tells me I need to call Std Home loans as she is not empowered or equipped to assist. How many Captains does Standard bank have? What happened to a single point of customer entry? What happened to efficient customer service? What happened to serve the customer productively? What about not wasting my time and money?
I see 3 or 4 consultants hanging around in the shop doing nothing and decided to hear what they have to offer as my cell contract has expired. A lady at the door, friendly, "How can I help". I mentioned I would like to see what they have to offer and she asked what I wanted. As I do not know what is on offer I did not know what I want. She went back into the shop, got a used brochure with pen markings on it and said i can have a look .... Well that seemed like the end of their marketing strategy selling something to me, I left the shop, disappointed....
We had some noise on our car and took it to Re Racing. The car was fixed and serviced the following day, Friendly people!
