Shock, name calling & unprofessional

I bought a townhouse as investment from Diane in July 2020. when taking occupation i replaced the stove as it was filthy & the door was falling off. I kindly frwd. this issue to the transferring attorney. Diane then gave me a courtesy call, calling me a "**** & an assH2le" not in a joking way, i politely reminded her I was a client to which she blatantly replied she doesn't care, as she owes me nothing. sad.
