Spa spoil in the forest

I had a gift voucher to use at this spa group of which they have 2 in Ballito area, I used it at the Simbithi branch but I wasn't overly happy and I shared my concerns with the owner Michelle and we chatted it thru try to see what could be done or improve or how why I might have experienced xy&z she then offered me a full body massage at her Coco De mer spa the 2nd one last week. The setting 500 m from the beach and set in a forest style backdrop of this iconic hotel in Ballito I was massaged into ablivion and very greatful for being wanting to make me remember the experience as a happier one than unhappy one. Being in the service industry myself it was encouraging to see people run their businesses on the same as me.
