Damaged parcel & wrong item

I placed an order with simplicity online on 9th December for a MECCANO EVOLUTION MOTORISED HELICOPTER that was on sale - not only did the parcel only arrive on the 22nd December - having been told it was on its way days ago, it arrived in a crushed box with the delivery seal open and stuck to the box and to make it worse the item is not the above mentioned!!! Some cheap alternative!! Now I have spent 2 days trying to contact simplicity to have no response their phones are off... And no response the the \contact us form"I submitted.<br> Now tomorrow what is the expectation for my sons Christmas present??? """
