Giving false info and not processing a refund

I bought an Iphone 6s plus from them on Bidorbuy. I confirmed if they have stock of Rose gold before I did the purchase. The price listed on Bidorbuy was R12999. When I did the order and paid the amount they infirmed us that they only have gold in stock and that the phone is now R14000. I have to pay rhe difference in order to get a gokd phone after confirming they have rose gold. I asked for a refund, sent my banking details and have been waiting 4 days for a refund which hasn't happened yet. I need a phone urgently to do business and can't buy another without the refund. When I tried to phone this morning no answer. Simplicity you better get in touch with me or I will have to take further steps against you. Bidorbuy order 10026936
