Incompetence

<p> I ordered crystal glasses on line. I verified with the online assistant whether the price of R160 was per glass or for the set of 6. She enquired from superior and confirmed that it was the price for the set of 6. When I received the quotation I phoned and confirmed that this was definitely for 6 glasses in the display box. Shee assured me it was.</p> <p><br />I paid prompltly on Friday and then on Monday received email stating that this was actually a price per glass!!!</p> <p>I have been trying to get hold of the MD, but he/she is unreachable and doesnt return calls.</p> <p>So Buyer Beware</p>
