Courier Guy Top Courier service
I use Courier Guy on a regular basis for my business. And I really have to give a 5.5 star rating. They have regularly gone above and beyond. They are slightly more expensive than some other courier services, but I always select them because they have saved my bacon on more than one occassion. This has been true of various depots - Cape Town, Pretoria and Durban. You all rock!!

DPD Laser not a courier company
NEver ever use this courier company. I have a shopify store and they are one of the options presented when I want to courier. I have had two instances where they have broken the items, and I have never had satsifaction from them. And then also booked an urgent parcel with them for 10 MArch, now the 14th and still not collected from me. And teh big problem is that you can;t get hold of anyone who can assist and guarantee that they will collect. I will definitely stick to the courier Guy in future

Incompetence
<p> I ordered crystal glasses on line. I verified with the online assistant whether the price of R160 was per glass or for the set of 6. She enquired from superior and confirmed that it was the price for the set of 6. When I received the quotation I phoned and confirmed that this was definitely for 6 glasses in the display box. Shee assured me it was.</p> <p><br />I paid prompltly on Friday and then on Monday received email stating that this was actually a price per glass!!!</p> <p>I have been trying to get hold of the MD, but he/she is unreachable and doesnt return calls.</p> <p>So Buyer Beware</p>
