Horrible,horrible,horrible service ,frustrating has turned into hate.
I logged a phone claim,it got approved, but no waybill number was sent,no information about the courier was communicated. They said phone will be delivered 3-5 business working days. I'm writing this, it's the seventh day and I still don't have a phone ,which I heavily rely om for work.
November 24th was the beginning of the count down. I'm writing this it's the 2nd of December 2025.
I also blaim telkom for using this insurance because they advertise it to us consumers. I checked for other reviews of them,an non are positive whatsoever ,it's sad to see we all experiencing the same thing.I have sent emails asking for the courier service and waybill ,to no response.
And just to add on,my sister lost her phone in Joburg last time ,and had to claim,it literally took her 2 months to get a replacement phone.
