Absolutely useless . Can't get someone to help with a payout that was supposed to have happened. No one calls back , they dont answer their phones . The whatsapp chat takes 24 hours to respond and closes within in 5 minutes. Their website doesnt show what documents are missing . Put your money else where like Computershare or Easy Equities rather than this company

Received Excellent Service, Magnificent and delightful Service from Joey, she called and resolved the query in regarding my 3 deposits and there is one deposit of R1000.00 that will be in my investment (I will not withdraw that amount) it will be in my profile up until I can purchase more Old Mutual Shares in 2028, Keep up the good work servicing your investors

My partner has been waiting 2 weeks to get her money after being notified that singular has paid her. I have spent hours on the phone and she has sent piles of emails to try and resolve this. Truly pathetic service no one can explain what happened to her money. No one is interested, no one bothers to assist. So the money has probably been ******. Worst call centre in South Africa.

This company has not sorted my mtn zakhele payment in spite of me wattsup them all documents. They don't answer calls and are a real burden to shareholders of mtn zakhele. I wonder I'd they have the funds to pay as all information was provided.

I made a claim of my dividends (worth R14 820.20) of Ukhamba shares, under the administration of Singular Financial Services in the beginning of September (if not late August). Then on the 10th September 2024, I had to go to Master's office in Johannesburg, to amend the date of death on the Letter of Authority, at the request of Ukhamba. I took the amended document to their offices on the same day. On 01 October I received a call from Sindisiwe (representative from Ukhamba) and she told me that I need to amend the shares on the letter of authority as they are same thing written twice in a different way. Then took the document back to Singular, and she said the document is okay, according to her manager. Days later with no interaction, I made a phone call to check on the progress. Then Sindisiwe told me that Ukhamba cannot verify what is on the hard copy document I submitted against the online site of Master's office. The Master's office explained that, the older documents are not on the system, but they can do a manual verification via email. I shared the email addresses with them, and Sindisiwe promised that it would take 5 working days to verify the information and the payment would made into my bank account. Five days days elapsed on the 22 October, and there was no deposit from Ukhamba, then the following day I contacted Sindisiwe, and she told me that, the verification email was only send on 22 October. I then requested her to ask her manager to contact me, to understand why is there a week delay after I submitted the email addresses of the Master's office. On the 23 and 24 October, Sindisiwe and her manager at Singular Financial Services have been avoiding and ignoring me.
