Absolutely useless . Can't get someone to help with a payout that was supposed to have happened. No one calls back , they dont answer their phones . The whatsapp chat takes 24 hours to respond and closes within in 5 minutes. Their website doesnt show what documents are missing . Put your money else where like Computershare or Easy Equities rather than this company

I didn't want to be known for always sharing bad experiences with Standard Bank . I requested a call back yesterday and no one called . Today, I called and I requested a call back and I thought it was going to snow when someone called me to help . Had a wonderful agent by the names of Thobile Tshabalala help with everything i needed to be done .
I don't think iv despised a company more . Why do I need to constantly fight with customer care for a refund ? How does 2 separate orders , ordered 2 minutes apart to the same destination and 1 successfully gets through sorting and the other one all of sudden has a logistical issue . In a time span of 2 weeks , iv had to deal with "logistical issues" yet you guys don't want to refund me properly and have a 30 day waiting period . Please man , I wanted my items and you don't even want to give my money back
Asked standard bank business department to close a dormant business account so i can open a new account. I sent an email last week , they still have not made any effort to respond to me even after I have requested feedback . Like honestly , KZN enterprise , what are you guys even doing ? You guys are not serious about business banking . Do I really need to call out the person called Siphelele Sibiya for not responding to my mails when apparently he is allocated to me ?
If i could give Aramax Click way a 0 star I totally would . Imagine having a whatsapp line that responds 2 hours later and then having to find other means to contact them ( yes , i had to contact their web team) to get some answers. Only to find out that my parcel is not going to be collected . Absolute pathetic . Ishara , you're the absolute worse person and genuinely shouldnt be in customer service. Responding to a customer 2 hours later on a whatsapp line , after me pinging you 2 times to find out something , anything . I had to find out from another agent what was going on .
Imagine charging me R250 for courier and saying that my parcel will be delivered within 2 days (to JHB from DBN) and its day 3 and just sitting at the JHB depot . Dont use Postnet guys . Courier Guy would have delivered your parcel by now and wouldnt have charged you R250 .

Discovery Car Insure If you are thinking of going with Discovery car insure, please do think twice. Dont fall for the "no access" thing they claim they do . It has been 9 months since someone reversed into me (where I had to pay the access and claim it back from Discovery) Till this day, I have not seen that money . Constant back and foreth with the legal team with them uselessly telling me , it is in the process (every single month for the past 9 month). Absolutely terrible service. At this point , any other car insurer is better than Discovery Car Insurance. Bongani Radebe who is supposed to be my advisor has done nothing but tell me " we are following up" - for 9 months now. The management doesnt care either because they are CC'd in the communication.
Yo Vodacom ! Imagine encouraging merchants to whatsapp the business number and then not ever replying. Oh , you know what's the best part? Your merchant call center that doesn't answer any calls just past 4:30pm on a Friday What's the point of doing business with you guys if this is the level of service you get .
