Bad client service

Previously i was very astonished by the service but the waiting time was frustrating, now I decided to give it a shot I phoned in advance to make a booking for booth ,waitress handed me over to manager immediately and management said because they only book up to 18:00 she can not book a booth for me, come on really this is why a client phones to book, very bad start to a festive season
