Please change your name and stop telling people that they will get their groceries in 60 mins.
Very bad service. They only have excuses and there's no support from the call centre. I was scheduled for delivery between 12pm to 1pm yesterday but only received my parcels at 3:30pm. I got a notification that my groceries was delivered at 2:11pm but I did not receive anything at that time. I placed another order yesterday prior to the bad experience as mention above and it was scheduled to come today between 12pm to 1pm. I then get a call telling me that groceries is not going to be delivered on time because the driver is not available right now due to an emergency and if I can go to him and collect my goods. What non sense is this and what poor customer service. This is outrageous.
