They refuse to return a brand paid of sandals that was delivered 7 days ago. The sandals is small and I wanted one size bigger. This is a against the CPA.
Increased premium for my mum who is a pensioner. I can't get a hold of someone in the call centre for two weeks now and waiting for hours. Her premium Increased from R2400 to R5800. This is ridiculous, I have submitted all the necessary documents.
I'm really tired of you sending me outstanding bills when I provided proof of payment for my TTO. I was also discharged before 12pm but you added a charge for being discharged after 12 pm. I have proof for everything. I want this bill written off and a invoice with zero value sent.
My bank account was charged twice for one order but I can't get my money back. This is ridiculous and obsurd. I was promised a refund one week ago and I still did not receive my money. This is absolutely pathetic service from a huge chain store. I need this rectified within 24 hours. No excuses.

Had my gearbox taken out 4 times within the last 3 months and I still have the same issues. I feel as is my repairs were only trail and error. You want to remove my gearbox for the 5th time now and do further assessments, I am not happy with this because clearly there is an issue with the gearbox since internal parts where replaced. I want a brand new gearbox as I can't keep going through this back and forth. You have failed me as a dealership. I hate the fact that the level of communication within your dealership is very poor. I am given different feedback, from different people and this is not the first time. I just want this nightmare to be over. You are so friendly and accommodating when you wanted my business. I do not dispute the fact that you have assisted me each time that I laid a complaint but this does not change the fact that I am back at square one.
I am so sick and tired with the poor service delivery from VW SA and there respective dealers. This is my experience with them for the last 3 months, my gearbox was stripped 4 times and I am still experiencing the same issues. The level of communication is poor and not consistent behind employees at the dealership and me. I had an agent from VW SA who lied that to me, she then cut the call and never called me back. Is this the level of service you give your customers???? Pathetic. I regret buying a VW and I will never buy another VW because your after service is pathetic.
I was mislead about the Vitality deal for R99. This is daylight robbery and I expect answers immediately. I only agreed to the R99 deal because of the discount at Virgin active but the gym says it's only 25% off.
Very slow download speeds throughout the day. They sent me a an external router but the poor download speeds still persist. I am less then 1 km from my nearest base station. I have had endless issues with rain to a point that I don't even bother to complaint at times because I know that nothing will get done. I have been with rain for 3 years now and it's definitely time to move on.
Poor service with excuses and no accountability.
