****MERS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I paid R3300 for clip in extensions, their email return, the numbers advertised dont work. They dont have a whatsapp. Their social media pages are not active. This is a **** whereby you lose money.

I am extremely disgusted and disappointed with their customer service and morals. I purchased my cordless glampalm. I paid R5000 for the cordless iron and i only used it once. After i purchased the cordless glapalm the price dropped by R1000.00 The price difference is currently R1100 which is alot of money on top of that i have to bear the courier expenses to send it back to exchange for the glampalm cord thin plates. A lady called me and advised that the usage time is 12 min but it isn't even able to be used for that long. I tried charging it the entire night as well and i had to go to work with my hair half straightened- the site also says it last for 25 minutes which is why i didn't mind getting the product as that is the usual time it takes to get my hair done but im not even able to get the 12 minutes as stipulated. I'm not returning or exchanging the product for nothing but for valid points including their false advertising with the usage time. After my complaint all they could offer me was an exchange and a store credit for the difference in price which doesn't make sense as with mobicred im paying more than the value of the hair iron and now im paying double as the one to exchange for is much cheaper. Salon Sixty Three is ridiculous with their false advertising and customer service. i have asked for a full refund as it is not fair on me as the client to bare so many extra costs for something that im not at fault for. I have not received feedback on the refund.

I had a mycro keratin treatment done, it did not work. They make you pay R2000 and the treatment produces bad results. Your hair remains frizzy and curly. The staff are not trained and rely on other staff members for assistance. They attempted to redo this treatment and ended up damaging and breaking my hair. Go to a more reputable salon for a mycro keratin treatment, the owner just cares about making money and is rude to customers.

Quality of products was terrible. I bought meat online and received s****s. Thanks f9r the convenience of delivering to my doorstep but I'd rather shop other online stores for better quality products.

Please change your name and stop telling people that they will get their groceries in 60 mins. Very bad service. They only have excuses and there's no support from the call centre. I was scheduled for delivery between 12pm to 1pm yesterday but only received my parcels at 3:30pm. I got a notification that my groceries was delivered at 2:11pm but I did not receive anything at that time. I placed another order yesterday prior to the bad experience as mention above and it was scheduled to come today between 12pm to 1pm. I then get a call telling me that groceries is not going to be delivered on time because the driver is not available right now due to an emergency and if I can go to him and collect my goods. What non sense is this and what poor customer service. This is outrageous.

Poor customer service and poor work ethic. Delivered the wrong product with a broken seal and refused to provide a refund. Won't be purchasing again.

Hello, I'm really so disappointed with this salon as they have no business etiquette or any kind of proper morals to give us as consumers a new straightener if the one I bought isn't working any longer. The straightener I bought was a "Stylerush" I paid R1500.00 cash for it last year on November 4th 2016 with a 1 year warranty. This salon took my straightener in on the 11th of October 2017 to fix it because I mentioned my straightener went off for like 10 seconds. It sounded as if it was sparkling inside the straightener and this stylerush wasn't as hot as it setted when I first bought it, it seemed warm as I set my hair. When I received the straightener on 18 October 2017... the straightener had glue which is still on the straightener and I said to myself okay they fixed it.I then washed my hair and setted my hair the plates was so loose and it felt like it was just not setting my hair or maybe like a cheap straightener where you have to straighten a set of hair over 5 times.... I then called them and told them they made it worst so they said I must send it back in, I got really upset and told them to replace the straightener as it's on warranty and they aren't fixing it as it should be fixed. They refuse to replace it but keep telling me it's working. The manager whose name is Vincent told me they didn't tamper with my straightener at first they just put it on to see if it's working and don't open the unit. I said if they didn't open it why is it springing and why is there glue stuck on to it they kept telling me they didn't tamper with it. I then sent an email because they weren't calling me they kept telling me I must contact the manager Vincent, but he gives me these long stories & I am telling him the unit is not like how it was before it not setting my hair like it used too set it.. he says I must bring it and they want to set it, I went to the salon he wasn't in and I couldn't wait, so they told me to take it and use it and if it not working I must call them, they don't seem to contact me via telephone but only by emails... I then said the straightener is still the same. & I will send a video of me setting my hair, their response was I must come back to the salon to speak to Vincent and let them set my hair.... they don't want to believe me and keep making excuses of exchanging such an expensive straightener as I can't afford another one and don't want to go and get more problems with it after the warranty is finished. I'm so tired of talking to them & I don't know what else to say to them cause everything I say, they turn it around and make me seem like a liar. The unit is expensive..... it took me along time to save that money and go and buy the straightener so I really don't expect this kind of treatment from such a upmarket salon!!!!
