Quality of products was terrible. I bought meat online and received s****s. Thanks f9r the convenience of delivering to my doorstep but I'd rather shop other online stores for better quality products.
Yesterday morning I placed an order for the following items: 2 x quarter mutton bunnies at R90 each 1 x mutton biryani at R90 1 x 12 pack scones from at R35 I received a R50 voucher from UBEReats which I redeemed that took a my Total to R267.90 which was then debited from my account. Anticipating the arrival of my food...as I work from home and take care of my elderly mum. The driver arrived with and with excitement he only had the scones. When I asked about the food he said that there was no food. I then asked him to go back to the place. I then called the place and they told me that the food was not ready and it will only be after 11. I then made mention of the money that was debited from my account and she said that there was nothing she could do and I needed to call UBEReats and provided me with the number. I then called them and spoke to a person by the name of Haroon who then told me that they only deducted R1.75 which is still incorrect. He told me to go onto my app and check what was going on. I then messaged the 'Help option on the app and explained what had happened. Up until now I've received no feedback and no money back into my account. This service was supposed to be easy and convenient. It's actually really appalling. When we try and support businesses this is the treatment you receive. It's highly frustrating that I need to follow up and no one had the audacity to get back to me. As per the app my order was supposed to be delivered at 0935.
I had an opportunity to speak to Michael. Very helpful and really good at his job. Thank you for your assistance it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you.
My account was reconnected last week and I was advised that the amount paid would cover till the 25th November. Today my account was disconnected again. I called the call centre 4 times today and my call was dropped 3 times. Ive listened to the voice prompts and its says that I have an amount of R505.00 outstanding. Why am I paying more than R1400 a month. The service is appaling. Agents cannot even speak proper english. Is this the kind of service that loyal customers are paying for? It's a shame, no wonder people are moving over to Netflix so that they dont have to deal with incompetent idiots. I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible. I also suggest that the calls be listened to before I am contacted.

Today I had the opportunity to write my learners test at the Centurion traffic department. Once we were directioned into the building, the invidulator asked for the necessary documents. She didn’t even greet and clearly looked like someone who hated their job. We were then taken to another building were we got onto the mobile test center.

Everything was all good and well up until the system froze in the midst of the test. Without an apology, she switched of the system and then asked everyone to log in again. After a while the system does the same thing again...Again no apology she shuts down and asks us to log in again.

The mobile center was very uncomfortable and the screens were so close to your face. She showed no remorse that some people had to start afresh and that time was of essence. People go through a huge amount of pressure knowing that they need to write a test regardless if you learnt or not. By having a system that shut down twice takes away your train of though as well as your concentration.

Government officials think that they are sitting on a pedestal... You are not doing me a favor...YOU ARE DOING YOUR JOB...
