Dineshree Singh - Siyanqoba Worldwide Express (swe)
I would like to give honor where it is due. Dineshree Singh always but always gives me excellent service and she is so warm and friend. I can count on her help no matter when and no matter what. Poor delivery service
Good day, I want to lay a complain from the delivery company that delivered my disc (SWE CARRIES), I have never experienced such *********** and careless service. They delivery company just left my license disc at the reception without even telling me that they delivered it, and the receptionist didn't even know that they didn't call me to collect the disc at the reception. I waited and called the company asking them when they are coming as I was still awaiting them to delivery the disc at my work place, that's when they told me they just left the disc at the office without telling me. What kind of service is that, am struggling to go to eastern because of this noh use my care. This is an acceptable and unprofessional. An action must be taken for such poor service without caring for the customer.

Minnie van Deventer
I have received the absolute best service all round from SWE. They have never let me down or been late. Minnie Van Deventer has been an absolute life saver on more than one occasion. She has gone over and above the call of duty and she has helped every step of the way so many times. It was as if Minnie was holding my hand and when there was an incident with a parcel, and I panicked she and Douglas came through until it was sorted and that was after hours and beyond their duty!!!This has made my life so much easier. I'm very impressed with all the service I get. Douglas has also been such a support. The constant and immediate communication has been amazing, thanks guys. I totally appreciate it.

Minnie van Deventer
I have received the absolute best service all round from SWE. They have never let me down or been late. Minnie Van Deventer has been an absolute life saver on more than one occasion. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE
So I recently got placed at a new job and my recruiting company decided to send me a congratulations gift. Swe stated they kept calling me to confirm delivery, which never happened as I have proof on my call log. They returned the parcel twice and made the recruiting company pay for delivery twice. And the gift did not get delivered. The company paid for the 3rd time and because I sent proof of no phone calls, they actually called me. I sent the driver a code as an sms and asked him to please drop it at concierge. He entered my complex and left shortly after (can see on app). I went to concierge and the parcel was not delivered. Delivery guy kept cutting my calls. Called the swe directly and when I explained my situation they said they will transfer me to operations and cut my call 3 TIMES. I finally had to get a bit aggressive. My call was seen to which took like 10 minutes. For the guy to tell me the driver said there is no concierge and that my recruiting company stated they had to deliver the parcel straight to me and not concierge. This is absolute lies. Most terrible service ever.

Wonderful staff, great customer service!
SWE Couriers have gone out of their way to help me get parcels to people in time. We had a delivery that had to occur in 24 hours for a birthday present and both the JHB and the CPT teams made it happen! When issues arose I was alerted immediately and they went the extra mile to find a way around problems and get the delivery done in time. Wonderful staff, great customer service!

SWE's driver Jack is awesome!
SWE have amazing staff and the customer service is fantastic! The driver Jack who collects from us is extremely polite and courteous. He always appears happy and greets one with a smile and no complaints (unless he sees a news article on my TV that he doesn’t like e.g. looters). Jack has a great loyalty to SWE and seems proud of his work. It is great to deal with someone like him and he is a fabulous ‘face of’ SWE!
