Excellent Service. I did not know that the carbon knitting needles had a "guarantee" I got a faulty set. Skapie exchanged free of charge. i did not even ask, I just mentioned my 1 set was not great Thank you for the swop and service

Sterling Customer Care, Great Quality and Prompt Delivery
I ordered velvet yarn to make special blankies for my 98 year old granny and 90 year old aunt for more than R2300 and on both occasions I ordered, they've outdone themselves. Delivery is prompt, their customer care sterling, Sasha responding to each email and request speedily and most importantly, the quality of their yarn, satisfactory. I can't stop singing their praises every time my ole'ladies receive a complement for their grand blankies. Thanks Skapie and Sasha. You'll certainly see me coming for more.

Fast delivery
It was my first time ordering from Skapie.co.za and the experience has been very good. My order arrived very soon after I placed the order, despite the lockdown. The only concern is that some of their items are priced higher than other online websites or even some haberdashery stores. So there are definitely cheaper alternatives, but I have found the quality of the items to be very good.

I have ordered wool and knitting supplies from Skapie many times already. They have a large selection of good quality products, their website works well and their customer service is excellent. Deliveries are fast - I normally receive my package the next business day after payment.
