As a mature student wanting to improve my skills i chose Skills Academy. They are very easy to talk to and explained everything really well. There quick response and there one on one assistant really helped me. My advisor went through the enrollment procedure with me and explained the course with me thoroughly. I would recommend anyone wanting to improve themselves to give Skills Academy a go.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent assistance provided by Rashieda Felix, the Financial Advisor at the college where I am enrolled (Skills Academy). She has been extremely helpful, patient, and professional in all our interactions. Rashieda always takes the time to explain financial matters clearly and ensures that students fully understand the processes and options available to them. Her kind and supportive approach makes students feel comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance. I truly appreciate her dedication, excellent communication skills, and willingness to assist whenever needed. She is a valuable asset to the institution, and her support has made my experience much easier and more positive.

333708 I recently sent all necessary documents to apply for N5 Certificate in Feb since I studied with different colleges the reply I got from my last college Skills Academy was "Kindly note that I have sent the request to the DHET who advised that we need to wait until all certificates are sent out from the previous exam session before we can request this to be done. We will have to try again in June 2026" how true is this?

Skills Academy has been one of the worst educational experiences I have ever paid for. After taking my money, they completely failed to provide proper support or feedback. I submitted my work and was ignored for long periods with no meaningful response from instructors or staff. The academy makes promises about training and student support, but in my experience, they deliver almost nothing. It feels unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful to paying students. I deeply regret enrolling here and I am demanding a full refund because the service provided was unacceptable. I would strongly warn others to think twice before wasting their money with Skills Academy.
