Poor Customer Service From Skullcansy

I have been using Skullcandy earphones al my life, never had any problems with them untill n bought a set of pods, they worked fine fro about 6months and then one of the buds would not chrage anymore. Send them back and got a refund. 1 Year later I bought the ANC rail buds through my FNB app. I have the same promblem.

I tried to write to Skullcandy South Africa with no response, not even to say that I have to go through FNB to try and resolve this.

Seems like lifetime warrenty they offer is only a sales gimmick, with no after sales support.
