After seeing the reviews left other people I understand why I have had no response from anyone at Digital Planet. I was told by FNB to to contact them about a faulty product. It is sad to see that FNB leave its client in such poor hands. I sent an email 2 days ago explaining the problem and the solutions I tried to fix it. I have had no response from them what so ever, not even an automated email saying we have received your email and someone will be in conatct
I have been using Skullcandy earphones al my life, never had any problems with them untill n bought a set of pods, they worked fine fro about 6months and then one of the buds would not chrage anymore. Send them back and got a refund. 1 Year later I bought the ANC rail buds through my FNB app. I have the same promblem. I tried to write to Skullcandy South Africa with no response, not even to say that I have to go through FNB to try and resolve this. Seems like lifetime warrenty they offer is only a sales gimmick, with no after sales support.
I have been with Cell C for the better part of 10 years, and it has been the always a pleasure working with them. The past month I have received the poorest service in my life from them. Called Cell C Direct to do an upgrade order, proceed with the upgrade the consultant not telling me that they do not have stock on the S22 Plus instead tells me that the upgrade has been completed and will ship within 3-7 Working days. After 3 Days I tried calling the delivery dept to try and find out if the package has been dispatched, hold for 20-40min at a time with no answer . Phoned again on the Monday after only to hear that they do not have stock on both the watch and device. Canceled the order, then went with the S22 Ultra because they have stock on that but no stock on the watch again. The consultant tells me that they are expecting stock on the watch within the week and will give a follow up call once the cancellation on S22 Plus went through and they did the upgrade on the S22 Ultra. This was almost two weeks ago and no phone call. Once again I called in today to follow up, only to find out that there has been no upgrade done on my account. Cell C likes to call us "loyal customers" and try to sell their added value products but they cant even do a simple thing as pick up the phone and call a customer back and tell them what is happening. I wish there was a negative rating on the stars so that I could give them a -5. I will be canceling my contract with cell c as soon as I can and finding a new service provider.
The consultants are very friendly over the phone, professional and try to help you as best they can. Turn around time is excellent. Hassle free. Thanks Budget Team.
