Worst company to do business with. DO NOT do any work with this company. We helped them with changes to their website and they ****** us! We are still owed money and cannot get hold of them and they have stopped answering us. Pathetic *******!!!! Eric, the owner, made me promises of immediate payment and now he is ignoring me. DO NOT ever trust this company and Eric.

I requested urgent freight services for a package to be delivered to Russia on 01 November 2017. The person who took my request is Nomsa and she has proven to be completely unreliable in giving information, including providing an appropriate quote for the services requested!Payment was made on the same day but on 10 November 2017 the package is still in South Africa - this information I had to get myself from the cargo airline. I constantly have to do follow ups with Sky Air Freight but they never have direct feedback.

<p>Sky air freight is the worst shipping company in SA, i am waiting 4 weeks for my goods now, everyday there is a differant story, the last few days they dont answer my calls or reply to any messages , please dont use this company you will lose a lot of money</p>

<p>Sky Air Freight and Truth Key Cargo their african partner quoted me an exhorbant amount to transport some of my personal office and household items from Nigeria to South Africa but ended up loosing much of my goods and damaging others causing strees and undue costs without an attempt to address the situation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their initial high costs for which they requesed 100% upfront payment, were explained as the reason why goods will be safely and securely delivered but that was obviously a farce.</p> <p>I have since advised the rest of my colleagues and friends around africa not to use them until they address my matter but over a month later they have still not attempted to remedy the situation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Much of the office equipment power cables and accessories were not delivered causing delays in setting up my office equipment.</p> <p>They have blamed the airlines for the missing and damaged goods which to me appeasr to have been purposefully removed from the packaging and was not repacked securely causing additional damage.</p> <p> </p>
