Faulty Cars sold as new. Ongoing Software issues - Mahindra Centurion (Atlantis Motors, I bought a brand new Mahindra AXL7 - top of the range from Mahindra and from the day we drove the car home there was issues. I was told it just need a software update since the Apple and Android charger was not working the hands free calling was not working. Since then I had to take the car back around 8 times and it is still not resolved. Then it was the battery and all sorts of trouble shooting issues. Mahindra SA was of no help at all. It appears Mahindra Centurion ( Atlantis Motors ) have factory fault cars which are being sold as new. The aftersales service is atrocious. I was driving the car when everything went blank on the dashboards - really not safe on the highway. This is not a safe car at all.
CMC Network's Suyan Starling, under the leadership of Sue Lewis and Marisa Trisolino, maliciously and clandestinely used personal information, protected by POPIA to send an unauthorised instruction to Discovery Health to cancel personal medical aid which had nothing to do with CMC Networks, causing medication to be denied and doctors bills to be rejected and undue stress. This was a medical aid that I was paying for myself and had in place for many years. This has transgressed POPIA and PAIA rules on how data should be protected and will be brought to the attention of the SA Information Regulator and Human Rights Commission.
Discovery cancelled my medical aid based on a malicious email request by an unauthorised party. Discovery didn't bother checking with me first. I only found out when my medication was denied and doctors bills were rejected
************** at Teneo On Line school - why do they only allow sibling discounts for certain families and not others. I queried this via email and their pathetic on line portal and over a month has gone by without any response. I then queried it via their Facebook page and their Group Admin - Heidi Botha never released my query onto the FB page nor responded to me. From speaking to other parents - it was clear that only positive posts (very few) and favourable comments are allowed onto the Teneo FB Page and none of the real issues that are plaguing the Teneo Education System are ever released. Perhaps this HP rating will get a response from Teneo and at least resolve the sibling discount issue
Praesidium have been fined for running a Ponzi scheme across South Africa, Mauritius, Cyprus and various other countries. Yet billions of investors monies have still not been recovered - while authorities drag their heels. Directors Andrew Cunningham-Moorat, Brett Bukes, Craig Massyn as well as accomplice staff are said to be living large with investors money, some in Florida USA...while other Praesidium staff have resumed providing "financial services" in other financial institutions. African bank has no customer service at all. emails and calls are not responded to. Their investments are a farce - after investing money for 5 years with them. They failed to pay out the matured funds and are not responding at all. The matter has been reported to the Banking Ombudsman, who seem to be having endless issues with African Bank
Discovery medical aid service is horrible. They cost a fortune, but you never get any response from them. They try to use technology like automated email, watsapp and all sorts of APPS that don't work and end up frustrating clients. No-one ever calls back regarding queries. They deduct from MSA what should have gone off Chronic benefit. They have the slowest website ever, with incorrect info - government sites work better. Discoveries marketing is good but nothing else. BestMed and Bonitas is better
Rain's internet service - you never get the data rates they promise. They keep deducting money from your account months after you've cancelled. They don't collect their router in spite of numerous calls and emails to them - so they continue charging even if the router is disconnected and not used. You never get any response from their email or service. Their service is down most of the time. No service during load shedding Rain's executive's : Brandon Leigh, Willem Roos, Paul Harris don't seem to be bothered as long as their staff continue deducting money.
You only realise how bad King Price is when you call for their emergency services or make a claim - no response, bad service and various reasons why they can't pay your claim. Interesting after assessing my claim - they sent another assessor out because they felt the claim was too high? After which they rejected it - what a waste of premiums and time dealing with these newcomers in the insurance industry just making money of the SA public without providing any service. I've referred them to the OSTI Ombudsman and attorneys.
