I have been a Sky TV customer for less than a week and duting that time I have had access to TV for less than 24 hours. I have had to call the call center 5 times and yet no one can manage to re-activate tmy package. I have been told that it is not an issue with the signal, the first 3 times I was told to wait 4 hours and the access would return- it never did. At one point I was even told that they have done all they can do- yet I (the customer) still had no TV. They have on several occassions told me that they would call me back but they never do.<br> This has to be the worst customer service I have ever receieved and if my problem is not solved in the next 24 hours I will be switching service providers.
