Skyfi( currently trade as FibreStream) is horrible when it comes to customer service, I could only bare with them for 3 years because I had no other broadband option either than a Dish. They overcharged me at some point and they ignored my emails, their accounts department is a nightmare to speak with, to this day there was no admit of of fault or refund. I gave up asking for the refund because of their horrible customer service.
you dont have control of your own router, you have to pay call out fee for a simple password change. They also charged me a call out to restore my connection while everything was right on my side, just to calibrate my dish, and they ignored that I was paying a subscription every month for three years(restoring my connection should be part of the subscription). Finally I cancelled, guess what? no communication, just saw their debit order going through thats the only communication they know.
