Horrible service. First they don't seem to have a customer service phone number nor are you able to get through to a consultant via online chat. I sent them a message asking that I please have the phone number for skype customer service - 2 days now and no response. I took to twitter and facebook today, still no response. Last week I travelled to Singapore and initially I was able to login to my skype account and make phone calls without any problems. Until 3 days ago when everytime I log into my skype account I receive attached message. I'm unable to receive the verification code as I'm using a Singaporean mobile phone number and I'm not given any other verification methods to verify my identity. Plus reaching their customer service representatives if they have any! is proving to be impossible as they have no listed contact no! Please Hello Peter, please assist me in reaching them. Their customer service is unbelievably poor.

I have been using SKYPE for many years. Unfortunately since Microsoft has taken SKYPE over it has changed for the worse. I have $10 credit with them that they are simply going to pocket if I don't use it within a week. This has never been the case under old management.

<p>A few months ago I signed up to an offer that appeared on my desktop Skype profile to try limited calls for a month. </p> <p> </p> <p>But i could not make any calls at all, and had to buy Skype credit to keep calling my fiancé overseas. I assumed the free offer had not loaded.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a lot of overseas travelling I finally returned home, only to notice that every month Skyoe has been debitting my account for the full cost of the unlimited calls package - R140. And obviously when I cancel it takes a month to go through, so I can expect another debit next month. </p> <p> </p> <p>What a bad way of doing business, feel like I've literally had the cash stolen out of my pocket.</p>

I am having difficulty as my account was suddenly blocked. I have responded twice for request for info - ostensibly for security reasons. I have a balance in my account and they say they are unable to verify and I must open a new account!! I have not had a response to my second attempt and they are not responding.
