Mercedes is my all time favourite car. Unfortunately their service on My new Pajero I bought from the Somerset west branch termed Rola motors. There were untold problems with this vehicle. The battery was replaced 3 times in the first year. I drove to Plettenberg Bay from Somerset West. i.e. battery should be full, but It was flat next morning and Rola would not help because we were too far away. The problems persisted for another 2 years. They had an expert auto electrician on their staff, but he could not assist. I have since moved my business away from Mercedes and Roll motors, not to mention Pajero.
I have been using SKYPE for many years. Unfortunately since Microsoft has taken SKYPE over it has changed for the worse. I have $10 credit with them that they are simply going to pocket if I don't use it within a week. This has never been the case under old management.
There are times when the upload and download speed is good, then suddenly it drops to very bad or not at all so that you cannot even get a reading. It is impossible to conduct business in this fashion. This revue is being done using my telephone hotspot which is better than their service. What is worse they made us sign a 2 year contract and charge R770.00 per month. There is another year to go. We would like to get rid of their service but they are keeping us to the contract. <p>In 2012we sailed on the beautiful Queen Mary 2 from Southampton to the western mediteranean. It is a beautiful liner and all was well until we went to book an excursion from Naples to the Isle of Capri. We happened to be near the sick bay so I went inside to ask for an Immodium tablet. The nurse was very officious and told me I had gastro-enteritis allthough I am a medical doctor and know very well I did not. I do have an irritable bowel. She called the doctor who did a cursory examination. They cancelled our excursion and locked my wife and I in our cabin for 24 hours. There were threats of putting us as****. I still feel hard done by and have had no apology or recompense. Above all we mised a trip to the famous Isle of Capri. This has taken a long time coming but they do not give out their email contacts etc.</p>
The front desk were rrude and unhelpful. The hotel is falling to pieces
This is belated because I have tried to contact them directly but emails returned undelivered.<br> My wife and I embarked Southampton on QM2 May 2010 to cruise western Med. Everything was fine until the night before we arrived in Naples. I am a medical doctor and know myself. We went to the sickbay and asked for one Immodium tablet as a possible prophylactic measure. I was completely healthy but their nurse and duty doctor over reacted and reported me sick. I was duly locked up in my cabin for 24 hours. We missed our excursion to the Isle of Capri. I was fed unpalatable food and threatened that if I leave my cabin I would be put ashore at the next port to make my own way home. There was nothing wrong with me. I think Cunard should compensate for such mistreatment.
MSC Opera was overcrowded due to ultra small cabins. Their coffee was very poor quality. Insufficient drinks eg. no on tap fruit juice. The Theatre was too small for all the people and all the seats broken. When we landed in Venice we had to walk miles to get a water taxi. The Hotel continental was bad. Dirty rooms with decaying carpets. The front sinking into the canal with repairs going on. Imagine cruising has no email to contact them directly. Don't use them
Flood damage to wall. 3 Assesors inspected wall years ago and gave okay to rear wall. . They retracted their offer of an ex gratia payment.<br> I have been insured by them via ABSA private bank for many years. They cannot supply us with a record of Insurance claims made to them over the past 10 years. As you can imagine this makes us very angry and we will be changing insurers as soon as possible
