I am having difficulty as my account was suddenly blocked. I have responded twice for request for info - ostensibly for security reasons. I have a balance in my account and they say they are unable to verify and I must open a new account!! I have not had a response to my second attempt and they are not responding.
My Cell Phone was stolen - can't blame Vodacom but what followed is an example of what not to do!<br> <br> I called Vodacom and finally after assurances from the salesman ordered a phone. The salesman gave the assurance that there was stock after checking and also that delivery would be two days later. No phone arrived and the phone system offers so many options that it takes ages to get answers. <br> The bottom line - stock only landed a day after the order was due to be delivered. After threats they agreed to deliver and it arrived several hours later.<br> Then the tap dance to get it activated - assurances again but after 24 hours still no activation. Several hints like 'like take out sim card and replace', 'call other numbers etc'but still no activation!!!!<br> My opinion of Vodacom has plummeted!!
