Skyscanner Cancelling flights without notice or rebooking

Skyscanner cancelled my flights with no notification/reason/explanation/attempt in rebooking my flights. Their email consultants have not given ANY clear answers and refuse to answer the most basic questions regarding our now cancelled trip.

We are extremely dissapointed with the service received.
