We recently purchased an Eclipse cross from We Buy Cars Port Elizabeth. We were impressed with their selection of vehicles and were assisted by Ziphozithle Fasi. Zipho, was friendly, patient and was very helpful with every step of the process. The valuation process on our old vehicle was less than ideal as we were promised a valuation at our home, but never received a call from the valuator. We ended up taking the vehicle in to We Buy Cars and again received friendly service from the valuation team. The overall process was efficient, easy and transparent.
Skyscanner cancelled my flights with no notification/reason/explanation/attempt in rebooking my flights. Their email consultants have not given ANY clear answers and refuse to answer the most basic questions regarding our now cancelled trip. We are extremely dissapointed with the service received.
On Sunday the 27th of March 2022, I subscribed to the premium streaming package for R699 per month. I followed the website prompts, completed my payment via the DStv website. To date the package is not showing on my DStv account. Nor does anyone know of my existence, never mind payment. After hours on the phone, from the one incompetent person to the next, they are none the wiser. And refuse to assist. Not even Formula 1 is worth this pain.
In my 30 years on earth have I not received worse service from any entity. Our Further Loan application has been going back and forth for close to 2months now with incompetent staff attending to issues that are clearly not qualified to complete. We are horrified by FNB's lack of basic service. If you are reading this, just stay away and avoid a lot of headaches.
I ordered a Chest freezer on Sunday the 14th of June, delivery of a damaged product took place on Tuesday the 16th of June. I sent it back straight away, and asked customer care to make sure the freezer will be delivered on Thursday the 18th of June as I was expecting a Kudu (buck) to be delivered on Thursday and the meat needed to be frozen shortly after delivery. A promise was made by the customer care consultant to phone me back- I am still waiting for that call. I let it go however as the delivery company phoned me on Tuesday afternoon, stating that delivery will take place on Thursday between 8am and 7pm. I again got a phonecall on Wednesday stating that my item will be delivered on Thursday between 8am and 7pm. Which acted as reassuring confirmation that my meat will not go to the bin. Guess what? Hifi Corp again didn't deliver as promised!! I am now sitting with a decomposing animal with no resolution or even decency to apologize or resolve the problem. Hifi corp, you are an absolute disgrace to the good name and experience online shopping provides to millions.
No response to numerous emails. You guys are pathetic to say the least. Potential clients, don't say you were not warned. STAY AWAY!!!!
