I placed an order online on Tuesday 17 Oct and on their website they say overnight door to door delivery. I am still waiting for my order. There is no telephone number to communicate with someone, only an e-mail address which they never answer. If I receive this Bikini I will be surprised, however I'm not the kind of person to leave things! Should anyone in this company care, please can you get back to me ASAP.

My daughter made an appointment to fit a bikini today. We arrived in time but was told that we had to wait 5 minutes in my car as Jenna was running late - she was inside a car garage which I assume is the shop? 15 minutes later, we got out of the car to find out what was happening. This time the assistant said she'll find out how long still. We waited 5 minutes outside the garage in the biting Benoni cold - still no service or explanation as to how long we still had to wait in my car or in the cold! Needless to say, we left as we felt that our business was not welcomed. Terrible service, Jenna!
