Customer service at its best
Dealing with Jarome at Kloppers Knysna was a pleasure. He was knowledgable and efficient: he arranged same day delivery and my new bed arrived at my home before I got back from buying it! I am impressed with the attention to customer satisfaction; and I recommend Kloppers Knysna for a peace-of-mind shopping experience.

NO warranty on staircase jobs - BEWARE!
Beware - unlike other reputable waterproofing companies there is NO warranty on staircase waterproofing. Flick promises on their website "We don’t hide behind the small print" yet this is the response I get from a failed waterproofing staircase job of R80k plus: "the screed and tiles make it impossible to carry out the required repairs and maintenance of the waterproofing, and this is the key reason why FLICK cannot and does not offer warranties on areas that have been tiled." WOW - not what I expected at all!

Callous Attitude to Call Centre Customers
I waited for more than 30 minutes to talk to a consultant about three different problems I have with MTN - one billing issue (over charge of data which Afrihost actually supplied me)

Terrible service, Jenna!
My daughter made an appointment to fit a bikini today. We arrived in time but was told that we had to wait 5 minutes in my car as Jenna was running late - she was inside a car garage which I assume is the shop? 15 minutes later, we got out of the car to find out what was happening. This time the assistant said she'll find out how long still. We waited 5 minutes outside the garage in the biting Benoni cold - still no service or explanation as to how long we still had to wait in my car or in the cold! Needless to say, we left as we felt that our business was not welcomed. Terrible service, Jenna!
