<p>We've been booking through Skyscanner for years without problems, but their service has deteriorated.</p> <p>For the past 2 months, we've tried booking our Europe trip again.</p> <p>Once we've accepted the route, dates and price it's over to the personal data page.</p> <p>Complete all pages and try to pay..........all of a sudden the price changes,- it's either a whopping 20-50% higher or "This flight is no longer available".</p> <p>Try the same procedure 3 or 5 hours later, or the following day, the flight IS available!!!!</p> <p>Again, same procedure as before, BUT when trying to pay, the price just goes up or is not available.</p> <p>When complaining on their website, Skyscanner asks for a screenshot but they don't resolve the problem.</p> <p>"Our website might have been hacked" is their standard answer.</p>
