In May I received an sms from Tracker that their unit cannot detect movement and then they say this will impact vehicle recovery and reporting. I have called tracker twice for them to come and check this device and guess what nobody has called or pitched. I have been paying for a service I have not been receiving. I feel so unsafe to drive that vehicle and therefore it’s been parked since because insurances always find loopholes and if I say I have tracking device and the vehicle gets ****** I can 100% assure that insurance will not pay me out.
It is now September I just want my refund right now because Tracker is such a useless company. How do I need to call you to arrange to check YOUR device when this YOUR service?!
