My claim so far is going good. I got Good Service from Reyaan Thoppay, answering all my questions as it was my first time claiming. I also have to mention Sisanda Mtiki who communicated often in the beginning with my claim. I am still within the process. Waiting on my car to be taken in by the Panel beaters once that has been done and my car is back I will provide a full review, on the entire process and team.
In May I received an sms from Tracker that their unit cannot detect movement and then they say this will impact vehicle recovery and reporting. I have called tracker twice for them to come and check this device and guess what nobody has called or pitched. I have been paying for a service I have not been receiving. I feel so unsafe to drive that vehicle and therefore it’s been parked since because insurances always find loopholes and if I say I have tracking device and the vehicle gets ****** I can 100% assure that insurance will not pay me out. It is now September I just want my refund right now because Tracker is such a useless company. How do I need to call you to arrange to check YOUR device when this YOUR service?!
I ordered contact lenses at the Spec savers in Kolonnade Mall. I popped in earlier this week to check if they have arrived and they hadn’t arrived. Today I decide I will be heading that side so let me just call and find out if they have arrived. The lady that picked up says to me she is still busy with a patient so she will call me back when she’s done and I asked approximately what time and she says 30mins, this was at 9:41. 10:46 I still hadn’t received a call, now I called earlier obviously to try plan my day to know should I make a turn at the mall or not, I called at 10:46 the very same lady picks up the phone I tell her I’ve been waiting an hour for her call she does not even apologize and says “oh your contact lenses are not in”, I asked how long do they take she says a week and a half. I get home 2 hours later I receive an sms that my contact lenses are ready. This is after I told her please send the script on my email I will go to another optometrist. I still haven’t received the script by the way 2hours later. And the reason why I kept checking even despite haven’t received an sms is because I live 20mins away and I don’t go that side often so whenever I’d go I’d obviously just check if my lenses had arrived just so I wouldn’t return a day later.
Yet again forever stealing my money. Items missing in my delivery, emailed forever and the person supposedly packing my items. I should have learnt my lesson first time round but honestly there’s no toothpaste that treats my teeth like that one but I guess the ones I ordered will be the last. Why should I follow Forever around looking for my items. I’ve let it pass before and I’m not doing it again. I once bought 4lip balms amongst other items years ago I’m still waiting for them.
I placed an order on the 25th of May for my products and there was one product outstanding in my package. I called Forever today 1st of June to inquire about this, and I was told they are out of order with this product. My question is why was this no communicated to me also why does the website not say that the product is out of stock so that I can decide if I go on placing that order or keep my money. This is totally annoying. I then asked the lady who answered when can I expect to receive the product she said I don’t know. I then said well can I please have my money back she says “Please call Friday because today we are doing stock taking”. So I must find time out of my schedule AGAIN to call back about something they should have communicated to me in the first place. This is the worst service if you ask me, and for the amount we pay for these products I don’t expect such service.
The worst furniture shop. I bought a couch and tv stand. Firstly the day I bought the couch and tv stand I came with a truck to the store ready to load what I was buying. They refused and said they only do delivery which is an additional amount. Now obviously I’m already unhappy because now I need to spend an additional amount for an option that I did not prefer. And I was told upon purchase that the tv stand will require assembling and I asked if I can pick an option for it to come assembled to my house they said that is not an option, a shock to me because I recently bought chairs from another furniture shop (Rochester) and they had no problem to assemble the chairs for me. Anyway after all that unhappiness, the items were delivered today 19 May 2022, I was made to sign a delivery form for items they refused to open for me to check. The guys kept saying they are just a courier company and they do not open items to check and said I should open it myself and also said anyway they won’t take back the item because again they just a courier company. I think Cielo is unprofessional to say the least, this is honestly bad business.
My husband and I arrived at PG Glass Wonderboom at 11:10am on the 9th of June 2018. As we walk on the door there’s a note that indicates that inspections are done until 11:30. My husband walks in requesting for an inspection and he is told by the manager “no sorry we are closed for inspection, we decide when to close for our inspection” our question was “but then why do you have a huge notice saying inspections close at 11:30?” He’s response was “well due to numbers on a Saturday we decide when we close our inspection time.” So we decide to call the insurance company Momentum and the manager arrogantly says “Go ahead call them”. He ended up saying he would do the inspection it’s an hour later we are still waiting. I have been with another insurance company before and they do their inspection at GlassFit, it was such a seemless exercise. I get to PG Glass we are firstly given attitude, secondly the arrogance is on another level and thirdly they put up signs that contradict what they say.... How’s about the manager puts up a sign written “number of inspections will be done at Manager’s discretion according to the number of cars”.
