SHODDY JOB FROM TRACKER- ERMELO

I installed a tracker (Care Tracker on the 19th of January 2024 at Ermelo. It was never activated. I logged on the app on Sunday, to check if the car was linked only to find that it was not.

I started to fix that error since Monday the 29th of January. Upon checking I was told that the installation technician was supposed to have acted on that. To-date it has not been fixed, which pose a risk to me.

I request that I be assisted in that regard.
