<p>I booked tickets for my mom and her finace in October 2015 to fly from Joburg to Cape Town in December 2015. Needless to say Skywise was grounded at the time and we had to book other flights. FNB were unable to do the reversal due to the amount of time that has passed so we have completed and submitted the refund application form. We have submitted this form on numerous occassions with no success. I can no longer send emails to their addresses as these bounce and their contact numbers do not work either. What other course of action can I take?</p>
