Amazing experience, time after time
I have my pet insurance with Outsurance and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The policies are very well priced. The service I've received has been absolutely outstanding. Feedback is given clearly and timeously and they truly try to pay you as much as they can, unlike other insurers. The service agents are some of the best I've dealt with in the industry. They are always efficient, empathetic, friendly and professional. I'd like to name Sizwe Khambule and Sibongile Molefe specifically. They're an absolute pleasure and delight to deal with.

I'd like to give a shout-out to Sue Naidoo from Momentum Short-Term Insurance. If only all consultants were this professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Sue assisted me with updating my policy information and I was so impressed with how smoothly and quickly it was done. I've had nothing but great experiences with Momentum Short-Term Insurance, from claims to administration, absolutely seamless!

STILL NO REFUND
<p>I booked tickets for my mom and her finace in October 2015 to fly from Joburg to Cape Town in December 2015. Needless to say Skywise was grounded at the time and we had to book other flights. FNB were unable to do the reversal due to the amount of time that has passed so we have completed and submitted the refund application form. We have submitted this form on numerous occassions with no success. I can no longer send emails to their addresses as these bounce and their contact numbers do not work either. What other course of action can I take?</p>
