Skyworth/ Ok furniture

I bought Skyworth tv at OK furniture bellville on Sep 2022. The Skyworth tv just went blank, mind you it didn’t even lasted me 5 years.

I tried to contact OK furniture at bellville to tell them the story and the lady on the phone said it’s out of warranty it only has one year warranty I was supposed to do another one online. When I told her I didn’t know about that she said, how she supposed to know coz she was not there by the time I was buying it (I was treated poorly by OK furniture staff, called Ase) how rude ?

I’m so disappointed in Skyworth I had hope it was going to last me but the tv failed unusually early.
