Unprofessional service, bad service!

Today i got told that my child is no longer alowed to go into the gym because they can’t handle him, my child has adhd so he is a busy Child, but here is the thing they have a small square area where the kids must sit and the expect them to sit there like a robot and do nothing, they say they have kid facilities but they don’t even have staff that is properly trained to handle kids and its not even proper kids facilities, we as parents don’t have someone to look at our child while we gym so that’s why we go to gym where they have kid facilities but they can’t even handle a kid that’s difficult some days because they don’t have any trained staff for kids, the way they handled the situation was not even done professionally, if u have kid facilities and have staff that can’t even handle kids properly or not even trained properly on kid care, its better not have kid facilities at all! I won’t recommend any parents to go to a slater gym!
