Poor service by umbrella tracking platform
I received poor service from a company called Track 718. The are posing a an umbrella tracking service for more than one courier company. I have subsequently lost both my package and my money. Please know that this company is a *****. PTYF1000320960: Tracking number. A.J. Marais

Slectks.com/Fall Clearance has a Shein logo but it's ****. After placing and paying for your order you get a tracking number etc etc. Every few days you get an update to say where your parcel is... Then you get a notification that your parcel is successfully delivered to a different Region eg CT instead of Pta. When queried they say to take it up with your local post off (even though you select delivery via courier) When you query the address it was delivered to there is no reply. I was ****med out of R1000. Shein itself is not involved. I've ordered from them before successfully. Just a warning to always check the name of the website when clicking links. This was a FB popup ad. I saw the Shein logo and ASSUMED it was them. Be warned!!!
