I only gave 1 star as there is no option for a negative rating. I complained about a 1.1Kg Mrs ***** chutney that was fermented on 10 December 2025. They responded and said I would get feedback within a week. They collected the defective product and promised a response. I understand that it was December but I have still not heard anything, and it is now March 2026!! Terrible customer service
I received my order at the BEST PRICE last year but when I search for the company online to oreder again, I cant find it. Does it still exist? I was impressed with everything.
Slectks.com/Fall Clearance has a Shein logo but it's ****. After placing and paying for your order you get a tracking number etc etc. Every few days you get an update to say where your parcel is... Then you get a notification that your parcel is successfully delivered to a different Region eg CT instead of Pta. When queried they say to take it up with your local post off (even though you select delivery via courier) When you query the address it was delivered to there is no reply. I was ****med out of R1000. Shein itself is not involved. I've ordered from them before successfully. Just a warning to always check the name of the website when clicking links. This was a FB popup ad. I saw the Shein logo and ASSUMED it was them. Be warned!!!
I ordered products in November 2022. When my box arrived it was short 2 items. There was no picking slip or credit note. On enquiry I was asked whether I wanted an alternative or a refund. I opted for the alternative...still nothing. when I followed up they said there are no alternatives. I then asked for a refund and sent baking details. I got a voucher instead. (Catch is.... I have to pay R79 odd delivery fee to spend it.) We are now almost in March 2023. I see my initial items are back on the website but have not been sent to me nor have a been refunded. I am VERY disappointed!
I was very excited when I received the email offer and ordered the special card machine offer end August for R499. To date I have not received my machine. I have requested at least 3 call backs since then and have not heard from anyone. They claim to deliver 3-7 working days. Its day 12 (working days only) already. Is this just a scam or can someone help me please?

On 8 August a lady called Elmien called me in response to an online request for a dental appointment at Gezina Medicross Dental Dept . The appointment was scheduled for Moday 13 August. I called her back later tp tell her i could not make it on that day. I was told it is already booked. I sais yes, but i cant make it on that day as I have a full day meeting scheduled. I had to explain myself twice at which point told her to please cancel the meeting. her reply was EK SE MOS EK GAAN DIT UITHAAL. At which point i told her she was extremenly unprofessional and that i as as a customer find her tone very rude. I told her to delete my details as well as i would not be making use of the services there in future. On Monday 13 August i received an sms at 14: 25 to remind me of my appointment at 12:45! two hours after the appointment was initally scheduled - the appointment that i cancelled 5 days before!! They tried calling me during the meeting and i could not answer so I send an sms in response the the sms received, I later tried calling the number four times but got no answer. Later that day I received a bill for R500 for not keeping the appointment. The service I have received is SHOCKING. In my opinion Elmien was spiteful in not cancelling as requested after I told her she was rude to me!! I have sent complaints to them but to date have not received a reply!
I run a small tuck shop. I purchased 2 x boxes of 45g Doritos (Simba) chips One sweet chilli (the blue packets) and cheese (the orange packets.) When one of my customers complained i saw that the manufacture and best before dates were not printed on the packets. I contacted Simba. It took 2 weeks and an email complaining that they had not responded for them to then send a courier to collect the packets. It is now more than a month later and I have not had any replacements nor feedback from them. I have had 2 phone calls asking for the reference numbers. When i asked the lady (sisanda) to please call me back in a few minutes so that i could get the numebrs, she said she would - that was more than a week ago. I would like my products replaced or at least get a refund since i could not sell the products. I alerted them to a problem which could cost the company a lot of money i lost sales, but it seems they dont really care. What happened to service excellence? PS the 2 numbers received from Simba (in the even that they read this) was 18-04-233 and 18-041747
Awful service from Cobus. Cel + ********** 2269. It's been almost 2 yearssince we gave in our watercooler/ice maker. We paid almost R3000 for a sevice. He promised and promised. then he came with stories that it needed a new part. Then he offered to replace it....but NOTHING came of itl. Apparently he's now sold the business.
