I am very disappointed with Outsurance. I insured my vehicles at Outsurance. My problem is that there is nobody to help me in Afrikaans. How is that possible? Outsurance advertise on television in Afrikaans, but when you call them nobody is able to speak Afrikaans. I am very,very disappointed. Dries Marais
I ordered 3 jackets from Adidas. Unfortunately 1 of the jackets was out of stock. Adidas promise to refund me the amount of R499-00. They promised that it will happen within 7 working days. After more than 2 weeks I enquire about my refund. They said they processed it on 22 of January. They asked me to send my bank statements to them from 1January 2025 up to now. That is where my problem started. I sent my statements to three different email addresses from Adidas. Everytime it says there is no such an email address. I rep**** to the email they sent me. Again, no such an email address I tried more than 20 times to contact them on their contact numbers, even the one in Cape . Everytime it says that number does not exist, or there is nobody answering the phone. I am fed up with Adidas. They are quick to receive your money, but when they must refund you there is a serious problem. I bought thousands of rand worth of clothing from them. I am done with Adidas. I have insurance at Hollard. Last week lighting struck my television, decoder and camera system. To claim from Hollard is a nightmare. They did everything not to pay out. When they pay out at last they did not for the labour. Furthermore they claimed that they can find a television more or less the same on takealot I am so disappointed with Hollard. They are a disgrace for short term insurance. To contact them is almost impossible. Goodbye Hollard. I hope your customers eyes will open now. Dries Marais

I bought a new Polo from Kroonstad Volkswagen What a pleasure. I was helped by Gwen mcgrail. She was professional and efficient. She went the extra mile for me. I can recommend Gwen and Kroonstad Volkswagen to anybody. I will never go to any other Volkswagen garage. Thank you Gwen and Volkswagen.
I bought a new car,new price R402 000.The car that I sold was insured for R410 000. My premium on this car was R666-70. Now suddenly the premie for the new car is R1 104. The same amount with a big difference in premie. This is not the first time. It happened a month ago when my wife bought a new car. The same problem. They own me money,but it will always been corrected the next month. I am so disappointed with Hollard. I don't want to hear the word Hollard. Stay away from them. It is just trouble when dealing with them.
I took my Corolla Cross to Oranje Toyota Welkom with a problem. The service I received was absolute wonderful. I must mentioned the names of the workshop manager, Mr Louw Ryniers and the lady at reception, Danika Breytenbach. They went out of their way to assist me. I bought a new LG television 65 inches on 5 January 2022 for R15 000-00. I was so proud. But after about 6 weeks now and then there was lighting on the screen. Not every day, but sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. I contacted Game and they were willing to give me a new TV. Unfortunately they deal with a business in Bloemfontein, Rusan Electronics. They wanted to take my TV for 6 days to test it in their labs. I refuse, because then I was without a TV for 6 days. Then they wanted to send a technician to my house to open the TV to see what is wrong. Again, I refused. This is a brand new TV only 3 months old. If they open the TV and work on it it is not a brand new TV anymore. There is a guarantee on my TV for 1 year and therefore I think I can insist on a new TV. I am disappointed with the services offered by Rusan Electronics, Bloemfontein. My advice to clients. Stay away from Rusan Electronics, Bloemfontein and from Game. Dries Marais
I am a new client of Outsurance. I am very unhappy. When I moved from my previous insurer to Outsurance I was very excited. That was until I spoke to the agents at Outsurance. Not one of them was capable to help me in Afrikaans. I spoke to at least 3 agents and all of them insured me that there is nobody who can help me in Afrikaans. This is unacceptable. I think that is pathetic of Outsurance. I am really consider it to move back to my previous insurer. At least they spoke Afrikaans and all my documents were in Afrikaans. I really think that next time i am going to demand to speak Afrikaans. Really, why do they advertise in Afrikaans on TV but the agents cannot speak Afrikaans.
