Worst Customer Service

I placed order on 1 April. I received it 27 April after I enquired a few times about the status of my order and getting a response about them moving to a bigger factory.

My full order was not delivered, missing one item. Sent several emails, even messages on their Instagram page, since there is no telephone number to call. To date, I have not received one response.
