Unprofessional service
Our complex had these people quote to fit PVC downpipes to out gutters as we had the asbestos ones removed. On 3 occasions they were asked via email correspondence to confirm the quote. Upon completion of the work, they then said that they made an error and invoiced us for almost double the amount of the original quote, which as per our lawyer we refuse to pay. Be warned, insist on an invoice before paying your deposit. Highly unprofessional service

Poor after sales service
<div>Slimline Gutters replaced the whole roof of my house. Now when it rains hard it leaks in through the New Roof. Slimline Gutters now ignores me and refuses to come fix the leak. </div>

Goeie diens
Ek het nou al 4 keer of meer gebruik gemaak van Slimline Gutter en elke keer was hul betyds. Op een stadium het my huis se geut afgeval in 'n storm en my garagedeur versper en ek moes ry vir 'n afspraak. Hul het baie werk gehad op daai stadium maar het ten spyte van, die geut tog kom verwyder sodat ek kon ry, om later dit te kom reg maak. 'n Week gelede het ek hul gevra om 'n geut te kom vassit en nadat ek besef het, ek het 'n afspraak, moes ek dinge so reel dat ek betyds kon ry. Jannie het sy mense betyds gestuur voordat ek moes ry. Ek kan werklikwaar getuig van uitstekende diens, altyd betyds en met deeglikheid en professionaliteit!

Slimline Gutter's service is apalling
Slimline Gutters sealed my new braai area in October 2013.They came back to seal again as it was still leaking. Since November 2013 after SMS to Jannie Botha, several emails and visit to their workshop they have still not been back. Out of desperation I left a message on their facebook page in January 2015. After 2 months they answered and guess what ? It's all my fault because I did not communicate with them for a suitable time. Fortunately I have all the emails to proove the contrary. <br> This is unacceptable and I would like to warn everybody about SLIMLINE GUTTERS. Their service is shocking !! DON\T USE THEM !!"

Slimline Gutter's service is apalling
