Goodbye Rhodes
Just opened a can of Rhodes baked beans in tomato sauce, or to be more accurate their new product as yet unadvertised, Rhodes tomato sauce with baked beans. Can was filled to brim, no problem there but once the sauce was poured out was disgusted to see that can is only three quarters filled with beans. Goodbye Rhodes, hello again Koo…………

Unprofessional service
Our complex had these people quote to fit PVC downpipes to out gutters as we had the asbestos ones removed. On 3 occasions they were asked via email correspondence to confirm the quote. Upon completion of the work, they then said that they made an error and invoiced us for almost double the amount of the original quote, which as per our lawyer we refuse to pay. Be warned, insist on an invoice before paying your deposit. Highly unprofessional service

Best Airline Award
My mother recently made use of Airlink between Cape Town and Johannesburg connecting to an international flight to the UK and upon her return. She was booked with wheelchair assistance, and here the great service was already apparent when we contacted the customer care to have her seat booked and the wheelchair booked, they were very quick and efficient in responding to our request and answered all our queries. At the departures in Cape Town the ground crew were super helpful, friendly and efficient in getting my mom from the departures hall onto the flight, assisting her all the way to her seat and getting her carry on luggage stored. Onboard the flight the flight crew again were super efficient and communicated exceptionally well onboard the flight to put my mom at ease and to ensure that her needs were met. The same goes for both the ground crew and flight crew on her return flight, I would like to make special mention that on her return to South Africa the ground crew gentleman that assisted even went as far as querying whether my mom need the bathroom or if he could get her some coffee while she waited for the flight back to Cape Town. We will be highly recommending Airlink to all our friends and Family who plan on traveling in the future. Kudo’s Airlink I award you a A+++ rating for your service.

Happy customer
I experienced an pleasant surprise when we visited the KFC in Villiersdorp. The chicken was well prepared and very appetizing. The cashiers are super friendly. I recommend that anyone travelling through Villiersdorp to stop at the KFC for a meal.

A big thanks to the staff and management of the Brackenfell Pharmacy during the national lockdown for making themselves available to continue providing an essential service. Also a big thumbs up to how they are effectively managing the customer flow to prevent any further spread of the virus.

Missing Parcel
I have a parcel arriving from the UK and have numerous times attempted to contact the call centre to establish where this parcel really is.<br> The track and trace site informs me that my parcel arrived at International Mail centre on the 30th November 2015 and as of today has lain there now for 10days.<br> Any email sent requesting an updated status on this parcel merely gets forwarded onto someone else to deal with and subsequently all correspondence then runs dead as the person requested to deal with it doesn't acknowledge receipt of mail.<br> <br>
