Disgusting service
What a disappointing! Such a disgusting service we received from slotjhile management after paying so much money for VIP R5600 and we get there, there’s no proper table reserved for us as you would expect VIP should be! Then their so called regular’s got proper tables with the nicest view and us being placed in the back corner table where the was no view and extremely hot never ever again! And some of the staff told us that the big shorts could not be moved from the table that was supposed to be ours because they are regulars and friends with management! All I can say I regret buy that VIP ticket but it’s a lesson learned never ever! Other major reason why Black businesses don’t last longer 😏 lack of customer service and proper plan

What a disappointing! Stop making money and care about your customers
The owner refused to let her patrons read a documents entitled: "The Dangers Of Casual ***." A lot of casual *** happens when couples leave this place. I ,a white old man, has often been threaten by husbands who see their wives flirting with me. The security does nothing. Sometimes they ask me to leave. The security NEVER TAKE NAMES OF PERPURTRATORS AS saps said they should.

Slothjile Bad Service
Yoh the food was too cold and it took forever to come. The guy we asked if they have any hot beverages he said no but 2 minutes later he was serving other people coffee/tea. The meat was also sooo hard we had to ask them to take back the stake and prepare it properly.

Very bad service
We had our year end function at mentioned restaurant (?). We (93) employees arrived at 12h30. Waited for more than an hour for our first drinks. Starters was served at about 14h00. (Cold). Main course served at 15h20 in drips and drabs. Also cold. We were booked until 16h00. Left at 16h00 and no desert was served. 27 colleagues didn't receive their food at all. They were still waiting at 17h00. No cutlery or serviettes was given. Until we asked. The noise was horrendous. Couldn't have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. We had to pay upfront for food and drinks. There was only one waiter to serve 93 people. Much later, after requesting, 2 more waiters were assigned. Which obviously wasn't enough.
