How the F*** does Capfin score someone for a loan that they never gave a consent to and only to get a notification form ITC that an inquiry has been done on their ITC then an sms from Capfin to submit my payslips and bank statements to complete my application when I have not app**** for any loan with Capfin and what has got so ****ed is I am in a process of buying a house and this f*** bull**** happens! And when I phoned them(Capfin) I was told that maybe this happened because I was on they marketing list, like WHAT THE f***! I work for the financial institution myself and I know exactly that one needs to obtain customers consent before scoring them for any credit facility. I am ****ed and disgusted by this! Is capfin so desperate for clients that they going around ****ing up peoples credit score like this and then saying Oops that happened because you are on our marketing system. **** THAT **** I WANT THIS RESOLVED!
What a disappointing! Such a disgusting service we received from slotjhile management after paying so much money for VIP R5600 and we get there, there’s no proper table reserved for us as you would expect VIP should be! Then their so called regular’s got proper tables with the nicest view and us being placed in the back corner table where the was no view and extremely hot never ever again! And some of the staff told us that the big shorts could not be moved from the table that was supposed to be ours because they are regulars and friends with management! All I can say I regret buy that VIP ticket but it’s a lesson learned never ever! Other major reason why Black businesses don’t last longer 😏 lack of customer service and proper plan
I’m so feed up!!!!!with clientele this is the second time around I’m put in a claim and guess what they fail to deliver, always looking for loopholes to not deliver for the service you paying for, what’s ****ing me off even more is the pathetic service from they call centre agents they are so insensitive and incompetent yet dealing with customer’s sensitive issues, so f**** ridiculous yesterday I dealt with legal call centre called Tebogo Lekwape OMG what an idiot giving run arounds and refusing to even hear me out!he got me even more annoyed and I still asked him to put me through to the cancellation department and he refused, today again I called in spoke to the second clown Mkhululi Nhlapo who took to the next level Gosh damn l!!I’m convinced clientele is a scammer
I bought my car in 2020 and this so called beame tracker or whatever had already been installed in my car and from 2020 they’ve been debited my account and yet I have not heard or receive any documentation from them, I’ve tried calling them several times but no luck but last week when I phoned and the guy who claimed to be working for the customer services said he can’t assist he will have to accelerate my query to accounts I was just in disbelief that he himself couldn’t not tell me anything about my account or what I’m paying for but he’s working at beame customer care!!!and better yet they continue to debit my account every month and all I want to know is what am I paying for?
I bought my car last year and took a comprehensive car insurance with 1st for women then around November 2020 I was involved in a car which was caused by the other driver who was drunk by the way, I was then advised to pay the access fee 0f R7800 so that they can proceed with getting the car fixed and on the other they will refund the access fee. fast forward to this year around March 2021 where by now I’m the one phoning 1st for women to do a follow up on the matter since no one had phoned me to give me any feedback with regards to the access fee refund what was upsetting me even more that money I used to pay for the access fee was from a loan that I had take to cover the access of about R7800 and now to be also told that the other driver is giving them run arounds but they will handing over the matter to they legal department , fast forward again to June 2021 where I again I’m the one phoning 1st for women for a follow since no one had bothered to call or send me any feedback to now being told that the matter is being handled by the attorneys and if I want any update I must contact the attorneys myself I was then given the contact details to my surprise when I phoned the attorneys they told me that they did receive the case but no documents were attached so they also could not proceed with the case I tried phoning 1st for women to inform them about the news from the attorneys I was told that they will take it up with attorneys and that was the last time I had from 1st for women or the attorneys. So my question is what is the point of one having an insurance? if one has to receive such a service and what’s making me even more mad is I am paying for service I’m wondering if they understand the meaning of the word “SERVICE” I am really disgusted by this and feel that they are so inconsiderate, I mean I was still dealing with the trauma of being involved in a accident, to dealing with taking up a loan then to dealing with this pathetic service And better yet every month the same people they are the first ones to debit your account . Oh the only recently received email was to inform me of the monthly premium increase
